How To Get Started
Request an appointment using our online scheduling system.
Complete your intake forms before your visit.
Have your medication and supplement list available, along with any recent labs or medical records.
Bring photo identification for in-person or mobile appointments.
Your first visit includes a review of your health history, current concerns, medications, and goals. Laboratory testing, imaging, or follow-up may be recommended depending on your individual needs.
What to expect
Wyatt Integrated Health is a cash-pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service.
Laboratory and imaging orders may be provided when medically appropriate. Patients may use their insurance for these outside services when accepted by the laboratory or imaging facility. Discounted self-pay options may also be available.

Ramona Wyatt, APRN provides primary and acute care, telemedicine, and all mobile medical services.
Dr. Hutchins sees patients for integrative wellness, physician-directed peptide therapy, medical weight management, and urgent care.
