Additional charges may apply for rapid testing, extended travel areas, or services beyond the standard IV visit.
Medication Therapy Management
Comprehensive Medication Review (MTM/CMR)— $100
Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, specialty treatments, and services outside the standard mobile service area may involve additional charges.
When appropriate, laboratory and imaging orders may be provided for patients who wish to use their insurance. Discounted self-pay options may also be available.
